• Provided due diligence for VC investors – assessed medical device market potential, financing requirements, marketing forecasts, exit options, valuations, fit with portfolio, and management expertise.
  
  
• Conducted due diligence on a potential technology investment, including a risk assessment, market sizing, entity valuation, and exit options.
  
  
• Provided hands on turnaround management of a stressed business.  Created and implemented marketing plans, including new consumer campaign and sales force restructure and focus.  Worked closely with investors and management to reposition the business.
  
  
• Assessed a current VC owned company to determine new exit options and how to increase the valuation to new buyers.
  
  
• Advised VC on investment into a new teen retail opportunity, including assessment of consumer concepts, merchandising, marketing/sales plans, competitive environment, management expertise, and financial projections.
