RETAIL HEALTH CLINICS

Recent projects include:

  • Assessed the retail clinic opportunity for a Fortune 50 Grocer – forecasting impact on total customer visits, Rx, basket size, margins, and brand/reputation with consumers.

  • Evaluated the impact of establishing retail clinics for a large hospital – including the economic and operational impact on their ED, their physician group and their marketing program; worked with the CEO and the Board to co-create the right solution for their patients and community.

  • Worked with a large retailer to create a new category of health gift (stored value) cards; created concepts, conducted market research, identified customer segments and messaging.

  • Evaluated the distribution opportunity of using retail clinics for a consumer-driven medical device manufacturer.

  • Created a three year health benefit transition program for a Fortune 100 employer including HDHPs, FSA/HRAs, and onsite clinics to engage employees in health programs.
