  • Created and facilitated annual strategy review sessions for the Renewable Power Division.  Program includes a review of key initiatives, sessions that stimulate open debate on high-priority projects and their resources, team building exercises to improve project management and team communication.
  • Created and lead a senior executive retreat including a review of power procurement projects, key strategic initiatives, and organizational issues.  This strategy session and retreat is held annually.  We created new programs, hired engaging speakers, and ensured the senior team left focused and energized.
